Horrible company to do business with...high pressure sales and lies. Provided treatment once and did not show up the 2nd time. We tried canceling several times but they wouldn't allow us to cancel and sent out someone to our house after we canceled. They are billing us $150.00 fee for canceling this service. I have already paid $160.00 twice...so $420.00 total for one treatment! Stay away from this business to avoid the scam!

This company preys on the elderly to pressure them and the provide expensive and unnecessary services. They came and did a free inspection on my mother's condo and told her she had an extensive mouse problem in her attic and was going to charge her $6,900 to fix it. She had another company come for a second opinion and was told she had no issues. Her friend also had the exact same experience with this company. They are not to be trusted! Avoid them!

Very high-pressure sales tactics, poor service. I would not recommend it. The salesperson came to the house and pressured me to engage, to the extent he would not leave unless I committed to something with a promise of quality service and reduced cost, etc. That said, the first time, they did a great job. SCAM alert, door to door salesman stated a one time payment to spray and then a free maintenance visit after 30 days. Had to sign for service, later find out its a 12 month contract where they come out every 90 days and charge for it. I found out after they came out 30 days later and was charged for it. Tried to get out of contract because of misrepresentation but they won't do it. The lady I talked to said the manager was busy and would call me back. I switched my pest service to EcoShield this summer when a door to door salesmen came to the door. Obviously a lapse of judgment, because I should have known better about getting charged $168.87 if I cancelled service before 5 treatments. I received 2 treatments, of what I don't really know because I had more pests than I did before, and when they put 2 sticky traps in my garage to control mice, I knew I had made a poor choice by switching from a company who was actually cheaper. The old bait and switch.In late May I was approached by a sales person concerning insect control for the home I was at. I stated I was renting but would consider a one time treatment to see if this would help with the ants in the lawn. He produced a contract and I signed believing it was a one time thing. Great company! I was first approached by a sales representative, who convinced me to try out their services back in April of last year. They cant by and got rid of the issue I was having with mice and spiders, and I havent seen anything since. Their technicians and office staff are always very kind and overall it has been a great experience working with EcoShield.

THESE SALES REPRESENTATIVES NEED A RAISE! My dog went missing in the morning of August 01/2023. We were looking for her all afternoon. My husband was home and a kind young man knocked on our door to pitch the service. My husband and I already were looking for someone because we have had issues with ants and mice and stink bugs. Do not use this company! It's bait and switch They are promising a price and charge your credit card a much higher price. They will not refund your money and will try to tell you that you need to pay the whole contract if you want to cancel! It's absurd. Buyer beware!
