This company came out and claimed to be a small business that was in a near by town and trying to grow. This is not a small business, it has call centers in ***** and is a large business. When you call you cant get to your local rep. **** say they are coming out to spray on the schedule days and they dont come out and dont spray but claim they did and charge you. Door to door neighborhood scam!!! Stay Away ! Salesman lied about services.They didn't complete services that I paid for and whenI told them I was unhappy more than once and ******* to dicontiunue services they charged me ****** to break contract. Never called to schedule an appoinment to resolve issues.

Scam Alert We called, emailed, waited on hold for enormously extended periods of time (several times) begging them to cancel the services but they would not listen to us. We were told we could cancel anytime but that seems not to be the case. I feel thy are a predatory solicitor. I recommend to everyone to avoid doing business with them.

SCAM alert, door to door salesman stated a one time payment to spray and then a free maintenance visit after 30 days. Had to sign for service, later find out its a 12 month contract where they come out every 90 days and charge for it. I found out after they came out 30 days later and was charged for it. Tried to get out of contract because of misrepresentation but they won't do it. The lady I talked to said the manager was busy and would call me back. EcoShield came in the middle of my workday, and I was clearly overwhelmed. I told the sales person that I did not want to make a decision without my husband, to which he responded no worries, there is no contract you can cancel at anytime- if he decides you dont need it, you can just cancel it. And then he zoomed through a million screens. My kids were screaming in the background, my dog was barking like crazy.
