RecommendedChris did a great job on our first annual inspection after our exclusion service we had done last year. He was kind and conscientious. I enjoyed talking about ladders and attics with him. He didn't flinch, but rather fit right in with the chaotic atmosphere of a school morning in our household during this pandemic! I appreciated the photos showing the areas needing resealing. RecommendedJordan B was my technician today he was very professional and did a fantastic job!!
They don’t value their customers. Hard to get a call back, finally was called 10pm. They don’t show up for appointments. I have tried for weeks to get them to finish a animal exclusion project I paid for. They won’t finish the project and are ‘working’ on a refund. I’m disappointed. For the ants, I have recalled them twice and still have ants. I have been treating on my own. Sales guy is great. Makes you feel like he will help fix things and that they care, unfortunately no follow through. They don’t care.

RecommendedWe have had EcoShield for awhile now, they have always done a great job. Today Tommy Paige was out, we had a lot of issues with bees and spiders. He listened to all our concerns and was able to really work on getting everything taken care of! Not to mention he was great with our new puppy!!💙
