Huge Update!!!!!! I got e-mail saying that my name was removed from collection agency, that I have no ties with this company. Guess what??? I got a letter today from a collection agency. Now my question is: Can anyone really trust or believe this company is a honest company? Be aware of this company, they are thieves!
They are scamming my 81 year old mother. She tried calling to cancel service and even though the written one page “Service Contract Review” does not contain any specific monetary figures; they want to charge her $400 to cancel the contract. And they said they would send her to collections if she reports it to her bank / credit card. Scam.
Rob provided prompt, professional service. He inquired about my pest concerns and immediately proceeded to resolve them. He addressed our needs carefully, and with an extensive knowledge of what was required. He was kind, and courteous. He definitely deserves a five-star rating for his great customer service!

It's a horrible scam. I ended up with roaches and ants when I didn't have them in the first place. I was using it as a prevention. Worst mistake ever
