Poor communication, we’ve worked with them twice now and same issues both times. They didn’t even announce they were here last time, scared the crap out of my kids, left the bait box open in my backyard. Once this service contract is up, we won’t be dealing with them anymore.

RecommendedConnor M and Thomas R were fantastic technicians for us. They were very professional and very polite. They were very courteous to the fact that I was working from home. They made sure that I knew what was happening during the service and made sure to let me know what all was completed when they were done. They took my fear of spiders into consideration and made sure that all cobwebs were removed and prevention was put in place. Would recommend Connor and Tommy to anyone!
