Caleb came to my house today foe our semi monthly service. He was very nice. We spoke about any concerns with bugs and how the weather/ seasons can have an affect. Awesome company and they have very knowledgeable employees who seem to really love their job.Thanks Caleb for the awesome job!...
I've been using EcoShield for about 4 years now. The techs are always helpful and the seasonal ant problem hasn't been seen since they started. Lito came today to review a potential rodent problem and he was efficient and helpful. Highly recommend these guys.
Where should I start? , it is more of a scam than a business. They have all the walk-in sales teams with all pushy methods. I agreed to use their service once and if I like to continue, well two guys showed for it and they for sure were not happy about what they do. Just walked around and moved their hand like zombies and left, I called to cancel the service and now I owe them a $150 cancellation fee. If I could give zero stars, I would! They have done nothing they claimed they would. I signed the contract based on the fact that the salesman (FALSELY) PROMISED this company would take care of voles and a silverfish issue. Horrible horrible horrible!!! This company makes claims they don’t even come close to living up to. The salesman swore they took care of voles….The main reason I signed up. Proshield is very misleading. I was told by the salesman that I had to do 1 year and I did that. They did 4 treatments and I made 4 payments and then they said I have to make a 5th payment to finish my year. That is pretty misleading. So I ended up paying $150.00 fee for not getting the 5th treatment and they did not do any work. That is pretty hefty fee. Very misleading and not right. BE CAREFUL WITH THEM. I will never use them again.

I asked the guy how come you finished spreading half an acre in less than 10 minutes. the other guy finished inside in less than three minutes (5500 SQF). I argued and informed them that I am not satisfied with this kind of service and I canceled my contract at the same time by sending an email and calling the company and explained the issue. they insist that any payment will be based on s... read more

Nick did a great job explaining the pest control plan and taking care of both outside and inside jobs.
Horrible customer service! They NEVER answer the phone or return voicemails! I had to go buy bug bombs because I can't get a return call! That's just the beginning of the problems I've had with them!
