Ecoshield provided service to me during a torrential rainstorm. I called and asked how that was possible. They told me there would be no charge for the service and that they would come back out and do it again for free. They also offered me a discount of $60 per service for the remainder of the year. I told them to cancel. Now they are charging me $212 for cancelling. What a joke. They are a joke. I fell into the trap, don't do the same. I absolutely should have known better.

Awful company set on deceiving you at every step of the way. The agent who pitched the services to me explicitly told me the signup would include a comprehensive treatment in and around the house for all possible pest control issues, including the cockroaches. Before signing the agreement I explicitly asked him if the cancellation was free of any obligations and he confirmed that despite 12-months contract I was free to cancel at any time with no obligations. EcoShield, On May 18th at 8:15 PM, you had what appeared to be a young high school student run around our gated and NO SOLICITING neighborhood, ringing door bells and trying to sell your services was VERY UN-PROFESSIONAL. To you Keagon, maybe target neighborhoods that are open to the community and are not restricted to solicitation and your companies blanket marketing tactics. Wyndham Home Owner

Do not hire EcoShield. They are terrible! They came by three times (only once spraying inside the house). I called to cancel after the third time as I swear there are more insect after their service. They said we signed a two year contract and we most certainly didn't. Charged us $263.65 to cancel on top of what we already paid for a useless service. Three 'services' and a cancellation cost us $785.50 for crap service - OUTRAGEOUS!!! This company needs to be put out of business.

This company is dishonest and are scam artists. My wife signed up with them. 5 minutes later she got on line and read several bad reviews, so she called back and canceled there service. Then they showed up anyway and my wife told them that she canceled there service and do not spray anything. They sprayed anyway and now are trying to charge us for what they did even after we told them not to.. totally unprofessional and dishonest company. Minus 0 stars.

I began Eco Shield in July 2022, my first appointment was 7/23/22, the second was 8/25 the next and last was supposed to be 8/25 between 8 and 10 AM. no one showed up and when I called, they said my appointment was changed to the afternoon. I told them no since I was not advised of any change, and I had appointments for the afternoon. EcoShield is a scam. First, they have people loitering around the neighborhood going door to door. They are very pushy and will not take no for an answer. I used the service for the required contract period. I called in several times attempting to cancel the service. Every couple month I would get a reminder notice that I had a treatment date coming up and I would call in again to cancel the service.
