I took my truck there 4 months ago and now it's there again. My supposed newly rebuilt transmission that costed me 5,000.00 is now torn up. I am carrying the loan for that in full payment but have not heard anything since 8/17/2018. Call and get no answer. Travis,please let's get this issue resolved as I stand to lose my job without my truck. Rebecca.
Jack, the service manager, always takes care of my car! They did a great job! It’s so nice to see a reliable and honest shop around these days!! Definitely will go back.
Pricing was outrageous. I was told 2 hours to “check” my vehicle and they’ve had it since they opened (8:30 am) and I had to show up at 4:30 just to get quoted a price NO WORK HAD EVEN BEEN DONE! Then Jack had the audacity to get rude because we just wanted to pay the diagnostic fee and retrieve my car, he got rude about us using a card. Yes we knew there was a 2.5% fee to do so but he made a huge fuss about it just to say I didn’t charge the fee. I would never recommend anyone to send their vehicle there!
