Very disappointed. For having a storage unit that is raised above the drive, the design was poor. Sitting water at the door has caused the sliding door to be frozen under an inch of ice. Businesses response was, "there is nothing they can do. I(me) will have to wait for the afternoon sun." It is 2:55 in the afternoon, and the buildings run east to west.
