Quick response to my call; good service when the technician got here. Sean suggested he contact a restoration service to see if there was water damage and/or mold issue under my cabinets from the water leak. He actually did that and the techs arrived within the hour.
Unfortunately my experience with Economy Plumbing was not a good one..a little background. They replaced a part that cost over 400 dollars last year on June 15th. On June 21st of this year that part broke and they wanted to charge me another 400 bucks to replace it. They did not want to honor the warranty, it was only 5 days after it expired. Wiith that said they did drop the price by 50%. They didn't want to do the right thing by the customer. There were 2 plumbers that came to the house. One of them was very argumentative.... read more

Dragon's Lair has been working with them for awhile now. They are always very professional and courteous. We had some major plumbing problems and they helped get us the information we needed to get action from our landlord to get things fixed. They are small so sometimes getting an appointment takes awhile. But they show up when they say they will and give you a call ahead.
