Service was very friendly and professional. Made it to my house to fix my unit as soon as possible. They went out of their way to explain what I needed to do to keep my ac running (filters, cleaning, etc) Even took down appliance information for future reference. I will definitely be using them again
I called him on a Sunday and carter came straight out to our house. I will continue to use him for years to come.
When I called Carter at 4:30 in the afternoon he arrived in 30 minutes. I'm sure this isn't typical, but it would have been easy for him to put it off until the next day. His work was thorough and effective, and at a reasonable price. He also cleaned out the condensate lines at no charge, an extra service that isn't usually done for free if even at all. I'd certainly use him again.
Don't think twice, call Economy Air today. Carter came out late Friday on a holiday weekend after his doctor total him to go home and get some rest. We were close to the pharmacy here he was headed and he stopped by and worked on our AC issue until it was fixed, the sun was no longer up. What can you say about Carter: honest, kind, hard working, fair and he knows his AC's. We are a new permanent customer.
