To be fair this company does not specialize in rheem AC units. I wish he would have listened more to the circumstances surrounding the issue.
Carter seems like a nice enough guy, but he must be overwhelmed. After Carter made an initial visit, I waited for over 10 days (calling repeatedly) just trying to get an estimate. Never did get one. I finally had to seek someone else.
After sweating it out all day in an 85 degree trailer waiting on "the other guys" to make time for us, out of desperation our office staff contacted Carter to come to our rescue. Economy made my family a priority and worked diligently until our AC was fixed and our family could stay comfortably. Customer service is top notch! If you don't want to be left hanging around, don't even bother calling "the other guys", let Economy Air Heating & AC come take good care of you like they did us! - Emily and Chris
I noticed my AC unit was leaking after a bought my first house and called Carter based on these reviews. I was not disappointed. They came cleaned up my unit and told me how to maintain it. These guys are very friendly and helpful.
Our 14-year old air conditioner has major leak issue in the compressor unit. We phoned Economy Air based on the review we got from yp.com. The owner answered our request for repair in a very timely manner (he came the next day, and it was a Saturday). He did quite a thorough job identifying and repairing the leak, but he informed us the fix would be a mere temporary measure based on the age of the unit and the repairing experiences he got with the brand we had (Trane). I appreciate the fact that Carter was on time and fixed my air conditioner in about 30 minutes. He explained the problem, gave me a few suggestions, and answered my questions with no hesitation. Very knowledgeable!
I would defiantly recommend Economy Air!! They were able to fix my AC the same day I called and for a great price! Great customer service and excellent experience!!

After reading lots of good reviews on this company, I gave them a call yesterday needing AC Service. It has now been 24 hours and no one has returned my call. My call was made during a normal business week during business hours. Disappointed.
