I would give zero stars if I could. We pulled up around 1:00 AM hoping to get a quick room for the night. Before paying, we politely asked the owner if we could just take a quick peek at the room first to check the condition and cleanliness. Instead of a simple "yes" or "no," he became incredibly rude and defensive. He scoffed and told us to "go to the next stop and book a Comfort Inn." No frills, plain Jane, overnight stay hotel. The closed pool in front makes it look bad but it is not. Great location for Chattanooga. Newer beds, VERY CLEAN.
Owner canceled online booking and charged more when checking in. Stayed here every year night before bonnaroo. Not worth the hassle anymore. Look elsewhere. Save yourself the headache and lies.
A nice little room just off of I24 and was just what we needed after driving all day long! Very quiet and clean!
