The room was not clean.
On 5/2/2026, I stayed at the hotel. The front desk clerk was very unprofessional. I called the front desk to address room concerns and she hung up in my face. I tried calling back but there was no answer. She seemed to be irritated when she answered the phone. The room has a missing smoke detector which appeared to be torn from the wall. The jack on the room phone was torn off so the phone didn’t work. There also was no trash can in the room.
My room was awesome!! I come every month and this was the best room yet. But this morning the girl that does the breakfast was very very rude to me... No hospitality at all when I walk in I thought she was a guest she looked at me very very mean.. I went to get coffee and she says. Do you have a room here! Very rudley I said yes and she walked away! All she had to do is ask me my room number! Very unprofessional! She didn't turn the TV on all the chairs where still stacked on the table.
