I’d give it a 5 if the front seat lady was not so rude to white people. Breakfast ends at 9 and a grabbed a cup to get juice and she unplugged the juice machine so I couldn’t get any and then when we walked away she turned it back on for herself. We definitely won’t be back but the afternoon lady was very nice and the cleaner lady was too. But I have never felt so white in my life, very racist town!
Multiple issues with my door. Breakfast always late. Front desk gave a stranger a key to my room. Multiple marks on my truck door where someone tried to break in.
To whomever is in charge of this facility!! It desperately needs to be remodeled.The room had a smokey smell, the bed sheets and pillowcases were not changed and full of disgusting stains all over them.The toilet seat was broken (not even attached) and needed to be replaced.The outlet by the sink needed a receptacle cover. That’s a definite fire code violation!!! There is no closet or any place to hang clothes. The water is a brownish color. The bathtub drain is extremely slow.
