It took 4 rooms before getting into one that I could sleep in. The smell of cigarettes and weed were suffocating. I couldn't take a shower and the bathroom for the peeling paint in the tub.
Where do I even begin...I booked two double queen, non-smoking rooms a few days before we arrived. We specifically booked non-smoking rooms due to having two INFANTS. When we checked in, the front desk person informed us we were in two smoking rooms. I refused, and she called someone and somehow managed to find two non-smoking rooms, but one was a single king room, and the other was a double queen room. She went to make sure the rooms were clean.
