I ordered a Windshield motor and when I received it it did not work. I hooked it up to a tester and it was dead. I emailed CS to Return it and told them to treat it when they got it back before they gave me a refund so they cld see that it did not work, they refused to give me the entire refund and charged me a restocking fee. If I sent something broken to someone I wouldn’t expect them to pay for me to put it back on the shelf I would have tested it to be sure they weren’t lying and refund them 100%.
