Buyer Beware I ordered a body panel for my VW bus and was very disappointed with the product and service. The panel arrived dented and showed rust along all the seams, which is unacceptable for a new part. When I requested a return, I was required to pay $150 in return shipping—almost the same amount I originally paid for the part including shipping. I ordered a Windshield motor and when I received it it did not work. I hooked it up to a tester and it was dead. I emailed CS to Return it and told them to treat it when they got it back before they gave me a refund so they cld see that it did not work, they refused to give me the entire refund and charged me a restocking fee. If I sent something broken to someone I wouldn’t expect them to pay for me to put it back on the shelf I would have tested it to be sure they weren’t lying and refund them 100%.
