We installed our Ecomark system in 2016. Everything was fine. The few times I reached out to them they were very responsive. Then this year we had a roof replacement. Everything was great with removing and reinstalling the panels. Since we got the system we have added things that have increased our electric needs. We decided to explore adding more panels. Seems everyone is having the same issues. Inverter stopped connecting June of 2022 and the company fails to respond. Horrible customer service. This unit was just paid off in February. $30,000. Just to fail months later with no customer service. Buyer beware.
Generac Power System not setup completely at install and no customer support to resolve system 2 months since install was completed. Eco Mark is very quick to respond if you contact the sales team but not if you use the prompt as a existing customer this is proof that you will not receive continued support after signing up. When you speak with a sales man they all say someone will call you back but the 3 people I have been in contact through the sale of the system to install NO LONGER work at Eco Mark??? I use EcoMark Solar because my neighbor's system looked so good. I did my due diligence and interviewed a couple of companies anyway. As it ended up, EcoMark had the best price, was the most prepared, and was the most impressive. If nothing else, the company at least deserves a look if you are interested in solar panels. I'm happy with my decision and would make it again. Update: my app and solar panels haven't communicated properly and I'm showing no new data or visibility.
