put in a call to Eco Guard and Curtis called me back within a few minutes. He explained what the technician would be doing. I told him that there are certain things that cannot be done around my home. He couldn’t be nicer and understood perfectly. My technician Dirk was very personable. Extremely knowledgeable with a great sense of humor. He exceeded my expectations with flying colors. I’m very glad that I called Eco Guard to service my home and I highly recommend them.
I shopped around a bit until I came across EcoGuard, the manager was great and explained everything to me.. we started out with a big big problem and have barely seen any since. There product smells great and it’s so easy to get ahold of them. They email appointment reminders, they are really helpful.
We had some creature in our interior walls! Eeeks! We called a couple of pest outfits and chose EcoGuard. Every step of the way, EcoGuard handled the process in a professional, transparent manner. Our technician was knowledgeable and thorough. He was able to set up appropriate pest exclusion around our perimeter and on our roof. Baiting was not wanted due to pets -- and was not recommended. Really appreciated that approach. Work is guaranteed. Price was fair. GREAT service all 'round!
