He is always very pleasant and courteous. He is always on time. He addresses the issues quickly and thoroughly; He is very knowledgeable as well. They only I would want is for them to actually knock down those horrible wasp nest for me and not just spray them. I know it can't be done in the middle of the day but upon reservice it would be nice as the wasp will come back to try and salvage the nest. But John and all the other team members are great. Akoni is very professional in his knowledge and customer service. What I have liked most about EcoGuard is not only does the product work to keep bugs away, but everyone I've ever spoken to at the company is SUPER friendly... no arrogance whatsoever. Customer service and satisfaction has been their priority in my experience with them. I also like that they offer a natural spray that we opted for and it's working great! I highly recommend EcoGuard. My neighbors referred them to me, and I'm glad they did.
