Great local bike shop with friendly and knowledgeable staff. I bought a new Kona bike there and even though it had a minor problem after a few rides, EcoGeno went the extra mile to make it right. I am very happy with the bike and the service I got at EcoGeno. They have certainly earned their great reputation.
Outstanding service. Brought my bike in at closing time and they fixed my brakes in literally 7 minutes. Brought it in again for a tune up and it's like a brand new bike. Very professional, very knowledgeable, very friendly.
Had these guys do a basic tuneup on my bike, and if you ask me, it was anything but basic. I haven't seen my bike this clean in a LONG time. I had been using motorcycle chain lube, since that was all I had, and my derailleurs, chain, sprockets, etc... were all nasty. It now shines like new, the brakes grab hard, and it shifts like a dream. I almost don't want to ride it now it's so nice. This was about the fifth time I've been in, and I always receive top-notch service when I walk in. Highly recommended.
