The place was a dump! All the cars they sell are pieces of junk. They take glamour shots of their cars but don't show paint or interior damage. Their "descriptions" are just cut and paste of a manufacturers list of items but, just because a car list says "navigation", etc, doesn't mean it works (which the car I went to see - a Subaru- did not). I am sorry that you were not happy with our service and the vehicle you came for. The vehicle you are referring to was recently brought to our lot and we are aware of the navigation screen. The replacement screen has already been ordered prior to you coming to the lot. This vehicle is listed over $3000 below market value. It does have some cosmetic paint damage and the photos show some of that damage. This is a used car lot not a new car dealership. Courteous. But do take someone knowledgeable to help you evaluate any car you are interested in. There is an on-site mechanic, and the salesperson offered to have the mechanic look at the issue. Overall, good experience.

Dealer answered my question about the out the door, all costs included price; but failed to answer my first question of their lowest price. I watched the car on the site, and days later the price dropped. Hope they finally sold it, not to me. In my opinion they gave poor communication, then rejected my initial post "Dealer answered my question", when I was surveyed. I apologize for us not getting you the appropriate answer you were looking for. We work very hard to be the lowest priced in the market. All of our vehicles are listed at great deals based on the cargurus market value. Ever vehicle is different as far as the amount we can negotiate. I am not always able to give the lowest price by email. Usually i give every one the total price so you can make a reasonable offer. Then we can come to a mutual agreement.
It was a good experience just haven't found what I am looking for yet.
