Sold the car to another customer while we were discussing shipping and pre- sale inspection. Barring that, customer service was polite and helpful.

I am very sorry Erik that this happened. The Chevy Volt was a very popular car and we had so many customers trying to get everything in order to purchase it. I was satisfied with the attention I received from this dealer. He was the only person there at the time, and he answered any questions I had about the 2016 Cruze. Gave me what I needed for the bank to review, but the title came back as a flood vehicle. When i called the dealer, they confirmed that it was a flood vehicle so i give them credit for that, but they probably should've mentioned that at the beginning. Thank you for your honest review. We always inform our customers before making a purchase if a title is flood or not. 80% of our vehicles are clean titles. We do have some vehicles on the lot that are rebuilt titles due to being in a flood zone. These cars have been completely inspected and have passed all necessary requirements. If the vehicle was in a flood zone and was not submerged in the water it is no where near as bad as some people think. This place is the worst car lot I have ever visited!!! We went too look at this suv that sounds great but after driving all the way there we couldn’t get a salesman to help us!!! They spoke a foreign language but we saw the Volvo and went to look at it and the windshield was busted, the headliner is falling down , the leather around the windshield is homing off but that’s not the worst........ the key was stuck in it and my son in law ask about it after being there 25 mind and some man that works 1 day a we in the office sai... read more

Contacted within a day. Friendly folks, the cars seem to be fairly priced. Low pressure sales, carfax provided, clean title came with car. A small but busy lot in Inglewood.
