In October, I had a great visit for massage and facial. After paying I realized the amount was wrong. They offered me a gift card. I knew I would use it, so I accepted that. Today I call for an appointment. I asked to cover my ****. She then asked do I want highlights, I said yes. I told her I wanted my hair trimmed too. She told me $220 less my $60 credit. I told her that was too expensive. So without the haircut would be $160. I arrived and the gal asked me what I wanted done. I told her cover the **** and highlights. She ... read more

In October yes we did make a mistake and over charged you. At that time we offered you a refund your credit card or give you a gift card, you choose the gift card. When you called today to book your hair appointment the owner went over lots of hair options with you. Everything you wanted to do you felt it was to expensive. After our conversation you decided to do just highlights which is $160 minus your $60 gift card the difference you would pay would have been $100. Which you agreed to.
