The EcoBak team was fantastic. They showed up quickly, were on time, communicated very well, and provided an honest estimate for the work needing to be done. The pictures provided were comprehensive and helped us see what was going on in places we would otherwise never get into. I appreciate their expertise, honesty, and integrity to do the right thing.

I had a GREAT experience with the flood clean up services ECO BAK did. They responded quickly, were very professional and respectful, and did an excellent job getting everything cleaned up and back in order. The team explained the process clearly and worked efficiently from start to finish. I REALLY APPRECIATE THEIR HELP DURING THIS STRESSFUL SITUATION AND WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE THAT NEEDS ANY FLOOD SERVICES AND THE MANY MORE SERVICES THEY OFFER!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH ECO BAK FOR SAVING MY HOME! 💛

Ecobak saved the day! I called them for a service that had to be done before I sold my house, and they made it happen less than 24 hours later. Jarod and Cole did great job, communicated well, and was very polite. Price was very reasonable!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I had been debating whether to spend any more of my time writing a review of Ecobak Restoration after everything my family went through. Life got busy, and I hadn't gotten around to it. Fortunately, Ecobak made that decision for me today by sending me an automated request asking me to leave a review. I can only assume it was sent by mistake, as I know they do not want me to leave a review, but since they asked, here's my honest experience. What began as a mold remediation and bathroom rebuild turned into a months-long proje... read more
