When our sport court flooded, we were using it for storage. Furniture, art, photographs, etc. was sitting in 6 inches of water. We contacted the company that our insurance agent recommended. I had a great experience working with EcoBak! I am an out-of-state landlord, and I had some water damage in one of my properties. EcoBak assessed the situation, communicated promptly, and completed the repair in 2-day for a good price. They even were able to add in a last minute paint job that the tenants requested. I would highly recommend EcoBak's services.

Great to work with. Work completed in a timely manner. Contract and payment was easy to understand and complete. Assisted with the replacement of trim to match the cabinets as original was no longer available. Several places I spoke to wouldn’t do the stairs or wanted to over charge. I am pleased how the stairs turned out. Overall a great experience and I love my new floor! Thank you EcoBak Restoration!

EcoBak delivered 5-star service when completely unexpectedly my basement flooded. Within an hour of calling them, Wes and a crew of service technicians were at my home, evaluating the damage and already setting up remediation. They stayed on top of the job for the entire week, until everything was dried and put back together. Every employee was diligent, courteous and worked hard! They earned the very highest rating, and I'd recommend them without reservation

Came home to water pouring into our dining room from the upstairs bathroom. Called Brody and he sent Ricky over immediately to assess the situation. Ricky and his team were a huge help in assisting with drying everything out and helping to recommend next steps. Highly recommended the Ecobak team - extremely easy to work and communicate with!
