Do not recommend working with this company. Our plumbing company agreed to pay for the flood damage they caused including the remediation by Eco Water via phone, email, and was noted in the Eco Water agreement. But when the plumbers decided to have the payment route through their insurance (which did take longer than necessary), Eco Water threatened to place a lien on our home multiple times instead of going after the plumbing company. Very professional company. Came out right away to assess the damage on the 4th July . Promptly provided a plan of action and started work right away. Definitely recommended!
