WILL NEVER GO BACK! The staff is rude , the older lady that I came to for my bday nails my cut me twice ! Then proceeded to TELL me to tip her an the woman that did my pedicure, like when did the staff start telling the customer to tip ⁉️🤨🖕🏼😒STOP SPEAKING IN YOUR LANGUAGE AMONGST CUSTOMERS & LETTING OTHER STAFF HOVER OVER CUSTOMERS TO HAVE CONVO AN YALL TALK, yall not professional or respectful whatsoever, I highly disappointed I paid $116(adding tip) to a place that wasn’t worth my time
UPDATE: just over a week later, gel is already mostly chipped and changed COLOR??? I don’t know, but I’m thoroughly disappointed. The location was clean, but nails are bad quality. I never like to leave anything under 4 stars unless it’s unacceptable because I know how it feels to have a bad review, but I’m disappointed.
They’re like famiky with fabulous creative talents
Love this place..Sadly the awesome Jenny is on maternity leave starting November 1st.. I will continue to support 💥 Henry will be my go to
