5-star service from Eco Green Carpet Cleaning. When a pipe leak soaked our guesthouse in Hayward, including a 9x12 Persian rug that sat wet for two days, we called for carpet cleaning and water damage help. Avery responded quickly, stopped by the warehouse to get the van and equipment, and arrived in less than two hours. From the start, the service was professional, caring, and very organized. Avery checked the carpet, rugs, and the affected rooms, then explained the best plan for carpet cleaning, drying, and water mitigatio... read more

John was incredibly professional, responsive, and easy to work with. After doing a lot of projects around my home, I can honestly say this was one of the best service experiences I have had. The first cleaning helped a little, but the main stained areas still showed. Then we brought in another carpet cleaning team, and the carpets came out looking fresh, bright, and beautiful. landon and Avery were knowledgeable, careful, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything looked its best. We were honestly amazed by the stain removal and overall refre... read more

Avery is a very professional and knowledgeable carpet cleaning tech who gets the job done right the first time. I have never had any problems with the carpet cleaning services, and the carpets look fresh and almost like new after every visit. The customer service was excellent from start to finish, and the whole appointment felt smooth and well organized. We even decided to buy a cleaning package because the results were so good. During this service, I also had the pleasure of meeting Landon and Earl from Eco Green Carpet Cl... read more
