BEWARE!! I have been going to Eco Cleaners for over a year. I went back for a while because it is incredibly convenient to my home. During that time, I overlooked the shirt per batch that was ironed incorrectly or where wrinkles were ironed into the shirt (which eventually ruins the shirt) but I started to keep track of it. I also started looking at what I was getting billed. They choose to dry clean what should be laundered (wonder why? It's 3x the price), they keep collar stays and just put them in a big bucket for others ... read more
