Stop ruining my clothes! Used this place for a couple of months. Started to turn sour not long after. Lost a pair of pants that took over 3 weeks to return; Buttons came back missing and sales girl wearing ear buds not paying attention tried to charge me for a jacket that I already paid for and the buttons were still not replaced or repaired. Never seems to have a damn answer as to when problem will be corrected. Lousy and immature work ethic!
Sent in one 2-pc suit and a shirt to this dry cleaner. A pressed-but- still-dirty shirt and half a custom tailored suit was returned to me. When I approached them about it later by phone, I was asked to wait a couple days to see if the item turns up. I follow-up in two days as instructed. They tell me the other half of my suit is still missing. I purchase a another custom suit to replace the one they effectively ruined by losing half of, bring it to their establishment and ask them to cover the replacement/tailoring costs. I... read more
