I never had carpets cleaned professionally before. We have always done it ourselves with a portable carpet machine. I was sceptical because we waited way to long to get our beige carpets cleaned (16 months) and I expected they wouldn't be able to get them beige again. When Spencer left, the carpets were beautifully clean and fluffy. Also, my husband and I are sensitive to strong smells so the carpet cleaning solution was made to have no fragrances. Eco Clean has some of the best customer service I've experienced in some time, they went out of their way to resolve an issue with the first technician that was sent out and re-did the problem areas, my carpet looks like new, I couldn't be happier. They really put the customer first, very impressive and quality work by Josh.

Josh was prompt, he throroghly explained the process of cleaning all the tile floors in our home, and did an excellent job of cleaning the tile. He was knowledgeable and efficient and very friendly. Thanks, Josh, my floors look great!
