I ran into a snag and had to leave the house just as Richard was arriving. We quickly went over details. He helped me move some furniture and went right to work. He was already 3/4 of the way done when I returned. I had to trust him and it worked out great :-)

Great experience - will definitely recommend to others! Thank you! Our technician, Richard Rodriguez, was terrific! He did a great job, the carpets look excellent & stairs look brand new. He was extremely professional and personable. He took the time to explain the process and even talked some baseball with our kids. Pricing is very competitive and reasonable. We will definitely be using Eco Clean again & will definitely recommend this company to our friends and family.
HORRIBLE! Avoid this company like the plague. The owner is unethical and doesn't know how to clean carpet or tile. I bought 2 separate items on Groupon - the carpet cleaning and the tile cleaning and both were a total joke. The carpet - they just moved the dirt around and made it all gray. The tile - was partially cleaned. I had to argue with them to come fix it and they finally agreed but then cancelled the appointment.
