I have had Eco out several times over the years and each time, they are prompt, professional, and eager to please. I no longer have a house full of carpet, and still had them out today to do stairs and a throw rug.(only carpet left). The technician was friendly and fast. Beautiful job. I also love their scheduling appt. online it is very convenient. Thanks again Eco Clean.
I had a great experience with this company. It’s so refreshing to support companies that are conscious about our environment and teaching us that we can keep things clean and beautiful without using harmful toxic chemicals. Patrick did a great job and my carpets look great with no toxic smells. Customer service was really good From beginning to end.
Eco Clean made my living room carpet look brand new. They’re miracle workers!!!
I would not recommend this company. Unfortunately, I don’t know how well their services are because we never got that far, but their customer service is awful!
Overall not impressed with outcome. Have had much better results from Service King. Your technician did all ur “fluff” stuff like the show covers etc. But the overall quality time spent cleaning was a joke How can you clean 3 rooms a hallway and stairs in 50 mins thats including setup and pack up. Big ripe off $130. Wont recommend and wont be back.
