Updated Review: Joel, the operations manager at Eco Car Cafe, personally reached out to me after a disappointing experience. He apologized and genuinely went above and beyond to make things right, showing a strong commitment to their service standards. Although I was disappointed by my first experience, Joel and his team completely turned it around. I’ll be returning, five stars for excellent customer service.
I was super sad when the Bellevue Acura dealer quit doing detailing, because they always did a really nice job. However; after some exploring around, I found my way to Eco Car Cafe. They have detailed both the interior and exterior of both my car, and my dad's car. They do a very thorough, careful job and I have been delighted with the results. I will happily continue to come to Eco Car Cafe for my detailing in future.
I don’t usually leave bad reviews — I’m the type to just move on and not say anything. But this experience was disappointing enough that I feel like I have to share it. I really wanted to give this place five stars. The staff were friendly, which I appreciated. But the actual service? Honestly, it felt careless and rushed.
