They came to my place after midnight and fixed the AC within an hour, thank you guys I will highly recommend you
I would not recommend Eco Air to anyone. Our experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The service was poor, the manager was rude and unprofessional, and communication was terrible. They took far too long to arrive for scheduled service, and after all the waiting, they still never fixed the issue at my grandfather’s house. Pésima experiencia con Eco Air. Desde el primer contacto quedó claro que el servicio al cliente no es una prioridad para esta empresa. La gerente, Paola, fue grosera, poco profesional y no mostró ningún interés en ayudarnos ni en encontrar una solución. Brindaron buen servicio, rápido y atentos
I do not recommend this company to anyone. They supposedly fixed my dad’s A/C, but it never cooled properly afterward. Then they wanted to charge us even more to address the same issue. We ended up hiring a different company, and they fixed the problem right away. This was a very disappointing experience. On top of that, the manager, Paula, was extremely rude and unprofessional. I would not use this company again.
