Not Bad or Good. I respect having somewhere to live even though its not ideal. Sometimes we have to humble down our lives to appreciate at least having a place to stay. The building is of low quality so if your desperate and meet the requirements its still better living in a hotel, with family your tired of, or on the streets.
Very Unprofessional Building Management took my application fee for a rental on this building and never did anything. they never contacted my work reference. they never did a background check. they never checks my references. they did nothing but take my money and hopefully they had a good lunch on the money. I would not recommend this building to anyone.........

Horrible!!! My son moved out a month ago and still have not received his security deposit after he was told he would!! Do NOT move here unless you like getting ripped off!!!

Eclipse Prices good, safety 50/50, amenities was in good conditions, transportation is close, restaurants and schools.
