BEST Salon in Portland – I have been going to Eclipse the Salon for what seems like my entire life! The moment you walk in the door you are greeted with a smile and a feeling of warmth and coziness. Always great! – Eclipse is such a great place. Ken, the owner, is such a doll, not to mention an incredibly talented stylist. Eclipse feels like a hidden retreat high above downtown. All of the stylists that work there are kind and funny. But....my favorite is mine, Ken who does my hair and does it beautifully. I came in with my tortured hair and he has made it look beautiful and healthy. He listens to what I want and is really experienced and talented.
