Bianca is the best when it comes to vibrant colors. She’s been coloring my hair for well over 15 years and she never disappoints. She’s also great with my 4year old daughter. We were both extremely happy with our hair. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs a haircut/color, or makeup done.
