Eclectic Beauty is the absolute best! Talented staff, beautiful salon, and a great location right in the heart of downtown Carmel.
I always look forward to my hair appointments with Billie. I get a little girlfriend time and she always knows just what to do with my hair even when I can't explain it quite right. She is one of a kind!
