My visit yesterday was mostly positive. However, I do have an issue with the procedure used to clean my teeth. I did not know what Morgan meant when she asked me if I minded water sprayed on my teeth. I did not know she meant she was going to spray it continually during the procedure. I have a problem with swallowing the debris from my teeth and I choke easily. Therefore, I did not like the feeling when the water accumulated in my mouth it was uncomfortable. Is this a new procedure for the hygienist in this office?

I have been searching for the perfect Dentist to assist me with my large amount of dental issues and I now Feel that I have found it at last with this practice! The staff was super helpful, authentically concerned and nice. The Dentist was very competent and sincere and was not just try f to “sell” me in an array of services I didn’t need or she thought were unnecessary. Dr. Carl treats you as an individual, not just a patient. He and the staff are very concerned about your comfort and care. And I'm always amazed by the latest technology used in the office; cutting edge dentistry that cuts down on discomfort and inconvenience. And its pretty cool, too.

I am so fortunate to have found you. I do have to tell you this: I thought the "Family" in the name of the dentistry was that of the Bacceellieri, as in a whole bunch of Baccellieris as dentists. The word, of coure, means for whole families. But it could be either way. But back to today: it was just wonderful. So skilled and pleasant.
Staff is friendly and professional. Dr Carl ensures the staff is compassionate and accomdating. The staff reflects Dr. Carl's values and professionalism. He always stops in and chats to ensure your visit has met your expectations. The office is constantly keeping up with technology offering the best to their patients.
