Have been going to this dentist for many years, have never been disappointed.They have a friendly and professional staff.
this was my first visit as a new patient and newer to the area. the service was very professional. Dr Bob was friendly welcoming me to the practice. I feel relieved to have found the right place I was looking for the first time. The woman cleaning my teeth did a nice job and was also very friendly.
Our family has been patients of Baccellieri Dentistry for over 30 years. Each visit we are welcomed by the friendly office staff. Usually there is a short wait in the comfortable sitting room. Next, a staff member walks us to exam room (all doors remain open) and asks us to sit in the lounge chair. Before any procedure is performed there is an explanation about the care we will be receiving. And we are asked if there are any question or problems we may have. Every time we go in to the office it is a warm and inviting experience. Everyone is so nice. Dr. B is so great with the kids AND the adults. I never have trouble getting my kids to go to the dentist anymore!!
As usual, they did a great job with my 6 month cleaning. They even helped to keep my 3 year old entertained while my teeth were cleaned, and then made the experience fun for her during her cleaning. Thanks for all your efforts!
Have been a patient here since 1993 and have always had the best care. Hygienist Ms Morgan is excellent and Dr. Santana is thorough and discusses options well.
