As always visits to Dr. Baccellieri's office are a pleasant experience. . After Caroline completed cleaning and exrays , Dr. B performed his check. The office has a friendly, family atmosphere. After my long time dentist retired, I went to another local dentist where I was treated impersonally.Now I am so happy at Dr. Baccellieri's practice! Very caring professional whom I trust.
Excellent care & service.
This was my 1st visit to Carl E Baccellieri DDS. My hygienist, Heather, was superb at explaining her procedures. She was attentive to my needs as well as my comfort. She even gave me some advice that no other dentist or hygienist had provided in the 21 years I've had bridgework. She was simply outstanding! Dr. Baccellieri treated me like family. I had a bridge fall out that needed to be replaced. Dr. Carl is my usual doctor but he was out sick and they only had one dentist for the practice for about a week. Dr. Neil was kind enough to step in for Dr. Carl and take care of my bridge. My mouth was very sensitive and he was so careful not to hurt me. The best part was that when I left they didn't charge me for putting the bridge back in. That was a nice surprise.
The staff is ALWAYS very pleasant and courteous. Heather is great - perfect personality and a gentle touch. She is very thorough and takes great care for the patient's comfort. Had a long wait today, however, I do understand that it happens at times. I appreciated the fact that I was not ignored during the wait and both the reception staff and Heather said they would be with me as soon as possible.
I lost a crown at night and needed to have it re bonded. I called the office first thing in the morning and was told to come right in. So pleased for such a reliable dental practice. Thanks Pat F
