My appointment with Dr. Santana came off a bit ahead of schedule. Dr. Santana is very easy to communicate with and quite efficient in her work. I do not take any pain relief and her work demonstrated that it was not necessary for me. I am tempted to stop flossing and brushing so I can return for her service. (Only kidding)

I had to have a crown replaced and the whole procedure took less than 2 hours. They are using a new technology that makes it possible for them to fabricate a new crown in the office and I left the office with a new crown. The new technology eliminates the need for a temporary crown. The profiles and measurements that are needed to make the crown are taken electronically. I have been with the Baccellieri group for years. Always professional and friendly. I have been with Kathy the hygienist for years and love her. Sadly she will be retiring later this year but she is wonderful. Extremely gentle and thorough!!!!!

Dr Carl Baccellieri like his Dad is professional, caring and informative about any procedure he does. He will recommend obtions and the reason why he would perfer one over the other but leaves the final decision up to the patient. Note: what he suggests has been the right procedure for me. His staff offers the same professional, friendly service. I would recommend them to my family, friends and anyone that wants the highest dental care for themselves, Wait I already do.

Heather is an outstanding Dental Hygienist! My cleaning was painless, thorough and even enjoyable. Heather always offers sound tips to make each visit something to look forward to. Believe me, that's not something I'd ever considered saying about any dental office until now.
