As usual, I had a great time with my hygienist, Heather, for semi-annual routine check-up and cleansing. She was treating me friendly as a professional manner. While doing her work, she was also chatting with me by asking how I felt, and making sure I was not feeling hurt, explaining issues in detail, and spending time in patience even writing down words for me to understand. The office is very efficient. I was taken to an exam room at the time of my appointment. There was no wait. The hygienist was friendly and professional. Dr B is always friendly and thorough.
