I want the old Eckl's back! The lobster bisque was terrible, I was told it's their recipe from "Larkin". I saw another women return her soup too. Not one piece of lobster, it tasted like tumeric and vodka. The carving station is gone, all beef sliced in the back. The menu listed catfish which my mother inlaw wanted and always ordered, that too is gone. We were told the menu is changing which is a huge disappointment and mistake. Great service, and terrific prime rib! We will definitely be back.
Had an amazing time at Eckl's restaurant last night. We had a small gathering in the sideroom and the food was fantastic, drink selection was great and our server Jen and the manager Allie Keane were spectacular. I highly recommend Eckl's for dinner or any small gathering!

Excellent beef on Weck and a very good selection of draft beers!!!
A classic ... one of the best RB sandwiches in Buffalo, top notch quality food across the board with some old school touches.
