I recently had a 2" hitch receiver installed on my Ioniq 5. Really happy with how it turned out, and the price was not that much more than what it would've cost me to buy a bolt on hitch receiver and muddle through it myself. My only minor complaint is that they cut the lower bumper splash shield in half (see pic) instead of just removing it and putting it back after the hitch was done. We had a hitch installed on my wife's BMW about 10 years ago and no issues. We had a trailer hitch installed and wiring done on a Honda Accord a few years back and also no issues. We're planning to add a hitch to our Subaru. They're our first choice for that when we get around to it.
I wanted to thank Katie for a very efficient install of my hitch on my new car. Awesome job!
