I asked Rita and her team to create a something based on very little input from me. Also I needed to communicate with them through Facebook and email, because I currently live in Europe; this process was very easy and they were exceptionally responsive. What they sent to my girlfriend was absolutely beautiful. I will be trusting them with custom flowers from now on.

Not only was service impeccable, timely, and the customization impressive, the staff went out of their way to provide my son a little yellow decorative bird for his father's memorial concrete garden bench AND a matching bird in his favorite color to always keep with him.
