I cannot vouch for the rest of the family members in the Eckenrode real estate dynasty, but Reese Eckenrode was my landlord, and he was an absolute doll. He was very responsive to messages and quickly addressed concerns, hopping on repairs right away. He was very respectful of our privacy as well. I stayed at an apartment through Eckenrode Real Estate located in Uptown and I can’t say enough about how amazing the location and unit itself was! Reese was an amazing landlord; extremely attentive and he was always around if something needed to be fixed. I had an issue with the water heater during the first year and he came the same week and replaced it with a brand new one. He was a great landlord who is responsive and extremely helpful. Lived in one of their apartment complexes and can't say enough good things about the location apartment itself and management. The apartment was in excellent condition the location was quiet and very safe, and if any issues arose management fixed them right away. I highly reccomend them!
