Called for follow up on bid after they came out for consult. Was told the next week that if “you need a bid count us out. Bids get pushed to the back when we have important jobs to do, so I guess just count us out“.
After a very productive day it has come to my attention that this Service has a very Professional group within them! Thank you Matt for coming out and bringing to lite several issues that were great to have explained by a Master Electrician. Also thank you for helping make several peoples lives safe again that really didn't even know they were in even a slight bit of danger. Great customer service, and very knowledgeable. Prompt, and reliable! Cactus did a wonderful job and fixed our A.C. That other people couldn’t fix.
had them out to put in a gas line for a cook stove. they took 7 days to get out here. they did a great job, but then I get the bill they charged me $112.00 a man to be out here. Two men were out her for 2 hours. that's 448.00 for a 2 hour job. that doesn't include materials. not impressed with hourly rate. will not use them again!!!
