The techs are such knowledgeable and nice young men. They took care of cleaning and checking our AC/H and explained several things. We also recommend their service plan. Especially for couples like us that might find it hard to wait in heat or cold for it to be fixed. Ask about it! Over the years ECK has done several jobs for us and we have always been pleased.
Great Job Eck Services, Walked in shop was greeted very professionally I needed some help with lights intermittently blinking and dimming. Cactus was there and checked it out and found the problem notified me and help me set an appointment to get repairs done. Called this morning about a leaking pipe. I work out of town so Dewy was able to give me time to get home. Within a few mins after looking at the leak Dewy and Mike gave me price and started fixing the pipe.

During the winter of 2018, my furnace quit working. Relatively new to town, I took a chance and called Eck. someone was here within the hour on a Sat. I was pleased with the service.
Extremely knowledgeable, dependable and Great personalities! One experience was for my mother in law, her furnace was not heating. One of the techs look at it and found a fouled ignitor. He cleaned it, double checked everything and was back up and running. They did not attempt to make any unnecessary charges or perform work that was not needed. An honest way to run a business!!
