this place is horrible in the customer service department! bought a battery. couple months later stops working, bring it back, and the sales lady says "try to clean it!!??"

Sorry to hear about your experience. Most vape shops don’t extend any warranties to their customers. We have a 30 day warranty on manufacture defects since our inception 5 years ago and have returned many devices in that time. We, like any other retail shop cannot have an unlimited warranty on our products and would have swapped it out had it fallen within the warranty period. Thank you

I really like the #Sticky Finger# juice and have tried many different shops but have not found any comparable. I am sad the Alpine store closed but I'll drive to Muskegon for this! �
