RecommendedI'm in there at least 1 time a week. have tried almost every juice they carry by now. great customer service. when something went wrong they were quick to fix or replace it within reason. Ethan is my go to sales dude. he's awesome.
Worst experience yet bought a $22 vape and now they can’t refund it I’ve had them refund things before unbelievable

This place is amazing! Not only do they have vapes and cbd but they also have cbd for animals! My mom got a bunch of cbd dog treats for her dogs and they LOVE the treats! The gentleman who helped me when I got a vape set it up for me and showed me how to use it, what I would need later, etc! I can’t say enough good things about this place!

When I first visited their store in Grand Rapids, and they offered me a veteran discount, I knew I wanted to go back. Their staff was always eager to answer questions about their products and assisted me. Because they were so helpful, I designed a poster for them that they have still hanging in their stores. I was out of oil for over a week because of the pandemic. My birthday was on April 15 so I asked my buddy James if he knew a good Michigan company I could order online and that delivered. And deliver they did. Ordered late 4/15 and received my delivery today 4/17. I ordered the Nord 2 and three flavors. The two I’ve tried so far are great! Thank you for doing what you do, will definitely be ordering more from ECig Outlet in the future!
I consistently receive excellent customer service from both the Apple and Hackley locations. They earned my business years ago with the knowledge they provided to the many questions I had. With the current situation preventing me to visit either location, they still provided great service by fulfilling and shipping me an order that I received the very next day.
